Too much fiber?

Just wondering if you can go wrong with too much fiber? I usually take in about 10 cups of water a day, so I would think that being over my fiber by 2-5 grams isn't that bad...

Actually a high fiber diet may help you lose weight, because it helps move things threw your colon quicker. Most women need 21 to 25g a day. Being over that is fine too.0

I'm not a professional, by any means, but I have read a lot about nutrition. If there's anything that you're going to go over on, fiber's probably the best thing for you. Just make sure to drink extra water to help things continue to move through you.0
