I didn't weight this morning and I have had 6 cups of water so far and worked out for almost an hour, sooo I will get the first week's weight tomorrow instead and Sunday is usually my weigh day.
Total weight lost: 19 lb so far
If I lose the 5 lbs in March, for my birthday (in April) I'll probably get another tattoo.
My encouragement to anyone is just not to give up. You're worth it. We all are. Keep at it. No one said it'll be easy!0 -
