Happy Birthday 21st SMabley!
OK - I have spent too long now yo-yoing between 174 and 171lbs, when my target weight is nearer 140. Time to pick myself up again.

Count me in. I'm doing the NHS couch to 5k programme from march and am really keen to get back on track after loosing 6lbs in January and putting it back in February. I need to find a way to not think about sugar all the time (or at least think about it but not stuff it down my mouth). Sigh!!

I have 2 kids. When they are eating pizza or something yummy i just take one or two bites and give it back. You have to get off the sugar to truly enjoy the flavor in the food you re eating. I actually have only been drinking water since I started in January. I still have to have chocolate daily _in moderation.0

I didn't weigh myself yesterday thinking it would be the same. Today I saw a decrease of 2 lbs, but am encouraged even though it is probably water weight. If I don't gain them back during the week I will be very happy. I'm going to the park now to exercise!
