Daria, we post our weights weekly here; when we do, you'll see everyone would copy/paste their weight chart format (from SW to Total Weight Lost section) with new weekly weights added on those check-in days. We also encourage you to share your successes and struggles, and give support to the person above you on each of your posts, if you would.
