    rrloos: A bit higher this morning than when I weighed in yesterday for the last day of the Feb challenge, but I'm not stressing over it. Just a good reason not to weigh in for two days in a row, crazy fluctuations.
    Good point! As I am seeing the similar effect, I am going to keep this in mind and not let myself get discouraged today. It's a NEW DAY, and a whole new month, after all.

    We're one month closer to summer dresses and short sleeves and bare legs.

    This is a continuation of a group that has run for many months. It is open to anyone who wants to participate. Post your weekly weights, your successes and struggles, and give support to the person above you!

    Here's what you do:

    SW: 228
    CW: 209 (as of a week ago)
    GW: 204

    I didn't weight this morning and I have had 6 cups of water so far and worked out for almost an hour, sooo I will get the first week's weight tomorrow instead and Sunday is usually my weigh day.

    Total weight lost: 19 lb so far


    If I lose the 5 lbs in March, for my birthday (in April) I'll probably get another tattoo.

    My encouragement to anyone is just not to give up. You're worth it. We all are. Keep at it. No one said it'll be easy! :love:
