Chinese takeaway

MFP lists a carton of king prawn fried rice as 504 cals, this seems very low!

I'm having a takeaway tonight and can't decide what will be lowest between that, king prawn chow mein or vegetable chow mein? (I'm pescatarian)
Any ideas? Conflicting info on MFP re calories.

Have posted in food and nutrition but got no replies and want to order soon!
