I have one every morning! I started making them about 3 weeks ago as a meal replacement for breakfast. At first I was making it with yogurt because that's what the recipe called for (I got it from the little recipe book that came with my Ninja) but found it too thick. it also called for OJ, but that's just extra sugar and calories. I've finally worked out the best recipe (for me):
1 cup frozen mixed berries
1 banana
A little less than a cup of chunked pineapple with a little bit of the juice
1 cup baby spinach
1 tsp peanut butter
And I also add a TBSP of ground organic flax seed because it's really good for you!
I LOVE SMOOTHIES!0 -
