This must be impossible, I gained weight?!

I was eating too little (1000 to 1200 a day) so I upped my calories to 1400 because eating little was starting to get me really stressed and tired. But 3 days running I've weighed 63.5kg when I was 62 a week ago. I know I'm eating more but its just below my bmr. Also, yesterday I went out and had a really big meal (something I rarely do) I weighed myself when I got back out of curiosity and I was 63.5kg even with all the extra food, weighed myself again this morning and I'm the same weight. How is that possible!

Your weight will fluctuate on a daily basis. I ate a big meal today and gained 3 pounds today
But, if you are eating more your body is also 'processing" more food in your system. Drink more water. Water will help you get rid of any sodium being retained in your system.
