I've gained back the weight :(. About 3 years ago I lost 30 pounds and managed to keep it off for 2, but in the last year or so my weight has slowly crept back up to my original start weight. I'm so disappointed in myself for letting this happen, but I'm just going to get back at it and lose it again.

I'm looking for women around my age and stats who will help keep me motivated and who I can offer motivation and encouragement right back to!

I'm 22, a senior in college, work part-time.
5'6" 165 lbs size 12
Want to get back down to 140 and size 7/9 with muscle tone.

    Make sure to keep an active lifestyle, even if you only burn about 250-500 calories a day. It should be enough to maintain yourself :flowerforyou:
