Should I be eating my Exercise calories back????

quick question:::::: should I be keeping my net calories at my goal? should I eat back my exercise calories i burn because as i look back on my diary some days my net calories are at 900 some are as low as 400 i just dont want to hurt my weight loss I would like to do it correctly and not send my body into starvation mode. THANKS!

Yes! the "remaining" calories should be 0! Some people only eat a portion of them back, if it seems that mfp has overestimated their burn. I've always eated all or almost all of my exercise calories back, it's worked great, I'm down 67 lbs, at goal and maintaining since nov,0

I feel like i'm eating good food, I eat lean proteins whole grains a lot of veggies fruits. sure i have my off days but i am pretty on point with what i eat. I don't have junk food in the house.0
