Alternative to oil / oil spray / butter?

I use a product called Baking Paper . It was first promoted for lining cake tins, or placing on the oven baking sheet under cookies. I use it also in my sandwich maker , under and over the food. It catches any seepage, and makes cleaning up much easier. Just lay a pice of it in your pan and put your pancakes on that. There is also another product called magic foil which is supposed to be non-stick as well. I have not tried it myself yet though.
