Wow! Look at all the participation! Welcome everyone. Yes, you can just post when you complete mileage, or really whenever. I typically keep a running tally of individual days, a total mileage and miles left to go. I got March off to a good start. Furthest run since Thanksgiving and it felt great. Now if the snow would get out of here, I can enjoy some more outdoor runs!
