For me it is the Burpee. I can do 12-15 in a row then have to stop for several seconds. What is the most difficult or challenging exercise for you?

Getting up from a nap and going for a run in the rain and wind...0

Burpees are killer...
For me, it's Mountain Climbers.0 -
Agree - burpees. It's the push-up part that kills me (admits to poor upper-body strength here).0

Burpees. My upper body strength is good, my back and knees are not so good.0

You are right on with the burpees. Extremely tough in all aspects. Anything in plank position holds a tight 2nd place for me.0

For me the biggest challenge is pull ups. Took me 6 months to get up to 3 full with no assistance. every time i do them i work toward getting one more in.0

Came across the jumping jack burpee a couple days ago. Will hopefully try it today. Do one burpee, then five jumping jacks, rinse and repeat.0

Atomic push-ups on the TRX, although I am making a lot of progress with them.0

For me it's inch worms. I need to get me legs more flexible.0

Pull ups are hard. Worked my way up to 9 pull ups and 5 chin ups, then pulled a tendon. Had to stop for 6 months. Now starting over from scratch with half pull ups and chin ups.0 -
Not eating the entire pack of chocolates when I get them.0

Lunges and Burpees make me hate life.0

I can do push ups easily but pull ups are brutal..0

ouch. yes even getting a half pull up takes time, but its realy rewarding when you get to add more!0 -
Burpees! I cannot yet do them in a public place because I am sure it would embarrass everyone! LOL. I just feel so uncoordinated when I do them.0

Burpees are tough, for sure. Try adding hand weights (manmakers). I used to train with a woman who did 1 pushup with every burpee AND ended with a kneeslap. She's one tough woman.
But they're not the toughest. The toughest is any race day. A race day ALWAYS out-toughs a training day. Like A-L-W-A-Y-S.0 -
Nearly torn my adductor magnus and shattered my ego.0 -
Definitely burpees.0

Lunges. ugggh hate them0

Agree, definitely the Burpee! Or the Plank to Push-Up for 45 Seconds :explode:0
-
Jumping jacks. Sounds totally lame but for some reason they just kill me!0
-
Burpees for sure!0

 after googling "burpee", I will try this tonight, then more than likely agree with you0

Bulgarian split squats. I really really hate those.0
