Easy low calorie chicken cacciatore

I made this for my family last week and they LOVED it! I just threw everything into the slow cooker before work on low and it was done by the time I got home.
Serves 4
3-4 hours on high (slow cooker)
5-8 hours on low (slow cooker)
1 1/2 cups marinara sauce
1/2 cup thinly sliced onions
1/4 cup tomato paste
1/4 cup red or white wine (or as a sub, 1Tbsp red wine vinegar at the end)
1/2 tsp each dried rosemary and kosher salt
4 chicken breasts (about 1 3/4 lbs)
8 oz mushrooms, cut in half or quartered if large
1) Mix marinara sauce, sliced onion, tomato paste, wine, rosemary and kosher salt in a 4qt or larger cooker.
2) Add chicken and mushrooms, toss to mix and coat.
3) Cover and cook 3-4 hours on high or 5-8 hours on low until chicken and onions are tender.
Per serving: 235 cal, 25 g pro, 17 carb, 4 g fiber, 4 g fat, 716 mg sod
