Any of you folks tried Plexus Slim?

Options
Hey y'all!

Have any of y'all tried the Plexus Slim products? I just ordered the 7-day trial (mostly because family was selling it). I was curious to see if any of y'all had tried it and what y'all thought about it? Any insight would be greatly appreciated!

PS-Feel free to add me as a friend. I'm here to support!

I've been on it and haven't once changed my diet or exercise and lost 12lbs in two weeks. Reason I can't exercise is because I've had 3 surgeries this year (Feb, Apr, Aug) and can't honestly do anything and am restricted by my doctors. So I was turned onto this after my hairdresser who is very short started losing weight rapidly. I asked her what she was doing and she shared her Plexus story with me. I know many ppl are skeptics and I've read posts on mfp but it does work and I say to each there own. Also I got the results I did by detoxing my body first since I'm not "regular" and than took the plexus. I eat as usual and the weight just came off without me spending my time in the bathroom peeing or #2, cause who has time for that. I will say it works differently on different ppl. So you may see weight loss and maybe not in 7 days. You may lose inches however. I wish you the best.

Isn't this another MLM scheme that swears it's herbal?

Why can't people ever learn that weight loss isn't that difficult if you have a calculator and can input data.

People on this site are pretty much anti-assistance/drugs/"weight-loss-supplements". In the end you have to eat less and move more. Preferably without spending money on some "diet scam".

What are the stats on what happens to the weight loss when you quit the pills? Most people can't afford ($-wise or health-wise) to be on them indefinitely...

Uh you're not suppose to eat less. You eat more in smaller portions to increase or speed up your metabolism. Especially if you work out as well. Your body will burn more fat caloried if it knows it's getting the nutrition it needs, 5-6 small meals a day. As for the plexus stats I say do your homework and research the vast internet for answers. To each there own.

This is the most hilariously wrong thing I've read in a while on these forums.

So - keep eating the same amount! Take this magic Potion. Eat 5-6 times a day. Lose 12 pounds in a week.

Don't tell me, you will be happy to sell us some, right?

Eat at a sustainable deficit and you will lose weight.

Don't waste money on fad diets/pills/drinks that are NOT sustainable.

Researching the internet is how people come up with the misinformation stated above.

Yes, it really IS simple as that.^
And why on earth would eating the same amount of calories you ate before cause you to lose weight, just because you are eating them six times a day? If I gas up my car six times a day, it is not going to burn more gas.

THAT is what is so great about Plexus.... it gives you energy to move more, and makes you full faster so you eat less!! I was watching what I eat for months!! Nothing was happening until I started on Plexus. I didn't lose 12 lbs in 2 weeks(and would never suggest that as a healthy loss), but I did lose 60 lbs in 6 months when I didn't lose anything doing the same stuff without Plexus. It's also helped me with my knee pain, gotten rid of my migraines, given me better sleep at night and helped me with my surgery recovery.
If you want to know more, just message me! :)

It's working for me. I eat primal (was doing so before Plexus). Say what you will, but I'm 30 pounds lighter than I was in June. I'm not starving myself, but diet and exercise alone WASN'T WORKING.

I know, I know. Calories in, calories out, right? A calorie is a calorie. Blah blah blah. Eat less, move more. Only it's not that simple for everyone, but you guys are obviously the lucky ones.

I'm not and have no intentions of selling it. I'll continue to take it. :)

I love my plexus. I started off only interested in the weight loss. I ended up with so many more benefits! Not only did I lose 18 inches overall the first month, but I also lost a few pounds (8 I believe). During the first two weeks I did nothing but add more water to my diet..no exercising and no dieting. After the first week my food cravings were gone, and I felt wayyyyy more energized--so I started adding a measly 30 minutes of workout time a day. (Lunch breaks).

I found that along with the weight loss/inches lost....I was feeling better in other ways. I have the following that HAVE been diagnosed by my doctor: fibro, arthritis, carpal tunnel, tendinitis, water in my knees, degenerative disc disease, rls, chronic light-induced migraines.

While being on plexus, I saw all of the pain caused by the above diminish. I'm sure it had something to do with being more active as well, but I believe plexus was the main reason.

I then started selling Plexus. (TWO DAYS AGO)...and ONLY because I believe in this product.

I will always believe that there will never be some magic pill, or drink to fix all of your ailments, but I DO believe that Plexus may be the closest we'll ever see to that.

If you're skeptical--try it! NO, I'm not trying to sell it on here--I do that on my website and FB page---so no need on here :-)

But I AM suggesting that you can't knock something before you try it.

Like me, you may be losing just more than weight :-)

If anyone wants a good laugh, go to the website and look through the "11 ways to earn income with plexus".

At least they don't call themselves "coaches", they are Ambassadors!

Here's the "Proprietary Blend" (aka the easy way of saying a bunch of stuff mixed together)

"Proprietary blend of Chlorogenic Acid (from Green Coffee Caffea arabica Bean) Extract (contains less than 2% natural caffeine), Garcinia cambogia Fruit Extract, Alpha Lipoic Acid, Hoodia gordonii Whole Plant Extract."

Of course this is going to give you energy but you want to know an easier way to get practically the SAME energy for about $6?

Drink 2 to 4 cups of green tea spread out throughout the day...when that starts to not work as hard switch to stronger brand or an oolong tea.

This is jus another MLM scheme.

You can buy all the same ingredients through supplements via BodyBuilding, Supplement Warehouse or other trustworthy suppliers for A LOT less.

Also you can not lose weight and sustain it without a good foundation of knowing HOW weight loss happens and WHY food is important to success. These companies teach "Drink this over hyped caffeine blend and lose weight!"...of course you will drop water weight because green tea & garcinia cambogia will make you PISS like no other, it's a natural diuretic. The weight you are losing is not intramuscular fat, subcutaneous fat or visceral fat. You are merely pissing out water which will show on the scale that you've lost weight but will not reduce body fat.

Diet & Nutrition > Exercise > Supplements in that order for weight loss and supplements are not even necessary in most cases.

These people are ripping you blindfolded people off left & right...
