    3/3: 2 hours 30 minutes (Zumba, Treadmill, Circuit Training, BeachBody Hip Hop Abs)

    TOTAL DONE: 5 hours 15 minutes
    TOTAL LEFT: 18 hours 45 minutes

    03/04 ..........................Ran 5.04 miles for 50 minutes (avg pace 9'55"). Remaining 10 minutes - walked for warm-up and cool down. Total for day: 60 minutes
