Logging Bootcamp into Exercise log?

I just started a 6 week bootcamp session that meets 2X/week and am looking for a way to add this into my exercise log - has anyone had success with this?

If so, how did you input it - I want to be able to track my calories burned as well as my intake!

Thanks

probably would be best to use a HRM for accurate burn numbers.

I would log it under the Cardiovascular section using "Aerobics, general." Others log it using "Circuit Training" but I found the calorie burn is overestimated. If the bootcamp includes a ton of jumping, log it using "Aerobics, high impact."

You can search for all of these by just typing the first letter into the search box. Best of luck!

I use a HRM because it's difficult to guess how hard you're working out, then I created a cardiovascular exercise called 'Bootcamp' that I can select when needed and only have to enter my duration now.

I have been putting it in as running to calculate but will swtich to Aerobics until I get a HRM :)
