Hi all....

Hi.... I am Michelle. I am not really new to this I am just really trying to be consistant. I have lost about 40 lbs and feel like I have hit a wall. It's just not coming off anymore. I am hoping keeping track of what I eat will really help. Any advice is welcomed.

    If you truly log what you eat, right down to a tbsp. of butter, you'll see results if you meet your goals consistently! How's your cardio?
