Egg White Delight for Breakfast.. . . . Only 250 Calories and then lunch or dinner I usually do a Southwest chicken Salad for 390 calories including the dressing! :) I am a single mom with an 8 year old working two jobs so sometimes it is the best option!

    This^^^

The other day I got 6 piece nuggets = 280 cals and small fries = 230 cals Not too bad for McyDs

I really only like McDonald's breakfast (well and their fries), I get the egg white delight, 250 cals and I think it's yummy. If I'm going to have a hamburger and fries, I'm going to go somewhere good and splurge, like Texas Roadhouse, or Tonyburgers.
  • I usually get a cheeseburger with small fry and diet soda.
Sometimes I"ll replace the cheeseburger with a 6 piece nugget.
I love McDonalds! Why they have to be so fatty?! :(
  • This thread has made me want a mcdonalds so bad :(

For breakfast, a regular Egg McMuffin. Any other time, I get either 2 Grilled Chicken Snack Wraps (no sauce) or the Grilled Chicken and Bacon Premium Wrap (no sauce).

I get either the egg white delight mcmuffin (250 calories), a yogurt parfait (120 without the granola) or the sausage burrito (300 calories) . Sometimes, if I'm feeling particularly hungry, I will have the mcmuffin AND the parfait!!!!
  • I normally order a grilled chicken premium mcwrap with no mayo sauces, or ranch. It's low in calories and rather large.
  • Haven't been in years but when I did go it was always breakfast foods. Sausage egg biscuit or croissant and a bacon egg biscuit or croissant.

My Mom used to like to go to McDonalds so I would have their $1.00 cheeseburger and a diet coke. (Skip the French fries altogether). When we are traveling sometimes I have the Southwest Salad, I think it is about 550 calories and have a diet coke.

I get McDonals a few times a year. I order the grilled chicken classic w/out mayo for 300 cal and a plain ice tea. If I have the macros I will splurge and get the grilled chicken club w/out mayo for 460 calories. For breakfast I've had the egg white delight, oatmeal or fruit and yogurt.

Southwestern Grilled chicken salad with double chicken and the southwestern dressing..yes, the full fat version! I feel as though I deserve it since I am not gorging out on burgers and fries! :) Also, with dressing and the extra chicken it is like 490 cals..not bad for a dinner (although the sodium is a bit much)

    I like Premium
McWrap Chicken Sweet Chili (Grilled) 360 calories

This is my favorite as well but need to remember to have them hold the mayo. I'm in Canada and our menu is different. No mighty wings available here and I think i'm happy about that!

McDonalds is one of the few places where I can't really have anything on their menu. I could order a burger without the bun with a side salad if I were forced to go.

I try to avoid fast food but when I have gone there I usually stick to the lowest cal options:

    - Fruit and Maple Oatmeal (290 Cal)
    - Egg White Delight McMuffin (250 Cal)
    - Premium Grilled Chicken Sandwich No Mayo (300 Cal)
    - Southwest Salad with Grilled Chicken (290 Cal)
    - Cheeseburger and a Side Salad w/Balsamic Vinagrette (350 Cal)

To drink I always stick to unsweetened Iced Tea or Black Coffee since I try to stay away from sugary drinks and artificial sweeteners dont react well with my system.

Has anyone eaten the satisfries at Burger King yet? Im having trouble saying satisfries with a straight face lol.

They aren't bad ... you can tell they are made healthier though! lol But they are a pretty good option if you just gotta have it your way!

...at McDonalds ... Usually something like ...

    Egg White Delight
Grilled Chicken Snack Wrap (BBQ or Ranch)
    McDouble
    Value Fries

I am not going to go to McDonalds and get a salad lol

I actually work there and we get a free meal with every shift we work, so I have been looking into healthy options. I usually get a bacon ranch salad with grilled chicken and ranch dressing or a grilled classic with light mayo and a side salad with 1/2 a packet of ranch dressing. (I just have never liked vinaigrette dressings.) It's under 500c for both of those meals! :D I'll get crispy instead if I need the boost in calories and carbs, but basically I just stay away from the burgers.

Steak and egg on a muffin with a hashbrown and latte for breakfast.

Usually the grilled wrap or a quarter pounder for lunch/dinner
