Bob Seger and the Silver Bullet Band in early 1978 IIRC. Still have some good memories from that show...

Poison and Tesla, mid to late 80s.

I think this was many of my friends' first, too!

Slayer, Venom, Exodus : The Combat Tour 1985

This = an awesome show, I'm sure! You can't tell by looking at me, but I'm a metalhead. I also like anything from Christian to Death Metal... just no rap. ;)

My first concert was Big Spring Jam 2004, the Rocket 95.1 Stage: Hinder, Theory of a Deadman, Alter Bridge, and Shinedown

Queen - Freddie Mercury and all. In St. Louis at the "old arena"

Bohemian Rhapsody, Fat Bottomed Girls, We Will Rock You...

That's definitely on my list of things I wish I'd been around for. Envy...

First concert for me was Megadeth in 1999, Cryptic Writings tour.

AC/DC 1991 Birmingham NEC Arena (UK). I did see a band called Atom Seed in a manky pub in Coventry the year before if that counts - don't know if they ever got anywhere.

The show was insane in his little shiatty club - as all good thrash metal should be!

This is so sad, but it was Air Supply with my mom in 1987. The first concert on my own was Steve Miller Band at Red Rocks in 1992.

ETA: I just took my daughter to her first concert last year when she was 10. Madonna MDMA tour. Hopefully she won't be as embarrassed by that as I am with Air Supply. I'm all out of love, I'm so lost without you...

Color Me Badd with my girlfriend at the time. This was not my choice however...this was her birthday present as it was her "favorite"...and one of the worst nights of my life...I didn't even get laid for my efforts...not even a little.

My parents took me to see The Monkees in 1987 (I think). That was a fun show.

Lollapalooza #3, 1993, Shoreline Amphitheatre in Mountain View, CA. Complete with Rage Against the Machine, Fishbone, Arrested Development, Alice in Chains, Primus... and lots of things a 14 year-old girl and her 2 best friends probably shouldn't have seen.

Billy Joel/Elton John...I wanna say 1994 maybe? I was in high school. Definitely wasn't a "party" concert, but oh well. A friends parents treated us.
