What do you order at Mcdonalds? (If you go there)

Double Cheeseburger, with extra pickles and onions. I'd much rather have Krystal's or White Castle, though.0

For breakfast, I love the steak and onion bagel. For lunch, I've recently discovered the McDouble.
Haven't had breakfast there in a really long time, but enjoyed a few (okay, maybe five?) of the McDoubles on a recent road-trip.0 -
I like Premium
McWrap Chicken Sweet Chili (Grilled) 360 calories
This is my favorite, and if I'm not driving, I'll get a side salad, too. Love that wrap so much, I haven't even tried the others. I don't care if it's real or not, I don't eat there often enough to care.0 -
Breakfast = bacon and egg mcgriddle for me + coffee and hashbrown Husband gets the sausage mcmuffin, no egg, obviously coffee and hashbrowns, Pancake happy meals for the kids.
Lunch or dinner = cheeseburger happy meals for the kids, husband gets a jr. chicken, I'm partial to the mcdouble with extra pickles and we usually share a large fries.
Sometimes though, if I have a coupon I'll get mcnuggets. Man I love those mcnuggets.
ETA: those mcwraps are awesome.0 -
I'm just curious what you guys order at Mcdonalds. For breakfast I just ate a Mcdonalds sausage biscuit & 1 1/2 sausage burritos.
Let's just say . . my calories for today are almost all gone. Lol. I have to stop myself from going to that place or ordering something healthier. Al though I know their salads have just as many calories, hahaha.
Otherwise, all I can really have there is a smoothie and their smoothies are icky,0 -
I usually get the southwest salad with grilled chicken! So good and not a million calories!
If it's a cheat meal I get whatever I want.0 -
McCafe Lattes! excellent!0
-
Only time I go is breakfast and I'll get an egg mcmuffin and coffee.0
-
guilt free option
egg mc muffin
salad with low/no fat dressing, grilled chicken
low guilt
egg mc muffin with bacon
grill chicken sandwich
small/child size fries
try to avoid the sausage, biscuits, cheese, mayo, and fried options...or Mc Donald's all together lol0 -
I went this past Sunday, I got a double quarter pounder meal with Big Mac sauce added, bacon ranch mc chicken and a hamburger0
-
I eat whatever I want as long as it's within my calories.... that is all that is needed. I have lost 123lbs so far and I don't tike fruits and veggies. I eat whatever I want and as long as I have a deficit, I lose weight. I go out to lunch once a week with my coworkers and it is always fast food, oh and I have pizza almost every friday night, but I exercise anto get my extra caloires I need for it. It's actually really simple.0

Bacon double cheese burger. oh. Wrong place.0
-
I could go for some Mighty Wings.0
-
I'm changing my answer to coffee.0
-
Coffee.
(ETA: Unsweetened, with cream)0 -
for breakfast normally the Egg McMuffin (no hashbrowns), for lunch or dinner a cheeseburger Happy Meal w/ apples and diet coke. For a snack the fruit parfait. I very rarely ever eat McDonald's anymore.0
-
I try to stay away but I order a cheeseburger kids meal. With a coke.0

I'm not sure what they even have there these days. I haven't been to a McDonalds in over a decade. I was never a big fan to begin with...more of a Wendy's guy.
I guess if I had to go I would go classic Big Mac.0 -
I only really go there for smoothies and iced coffee with skim milk/no whip. Always get a small.
Another good choice is the snack-sized grilled chicken wrap. Tasty and not too bad for you (as McD's goes).
I had an incident there the other day where I tried to order a swirl cone (half chocolate half vanilla) and they acted like I'd just escaped from a mental institution. I ended up, after 5 minutes trying to explain to the drive thru operator what I wanted, with a "plain sundae" for $1.35, which was basically what I can get at Burger King for 56 cents.
Am I the only one that remembers swirled cones????0 -
I am not a big McD's fan but the occasion I do go, I order the egg white delight with a hash brown(potatoes of any kind is my weakness lol) I don't like their burgers so I usually do the grilled chicken with 1/2 or no bun or their chicken salad with no dressing. I try and stay away from the fries or I binge on them0
-
Mmmmm, McDonalds. Yumm-O!0
-
20 piece chicken nuggets and large fries. sometimes 3 cookies to seal the deal. oh yeah and a diet coke (i'm trying to watch what i eat)0
-
Half pounder cheeseburger has nearly 50g of protein. If I'm in the mood I could fit one in my day for sure, but I'm generally not a fan of McD's and would rather go for a burger from the local fish and chip shop.0
-
i may be wrong but the US mcdonalds is just way caloric???? the caeser salad with the grilled chicken, croutons and the sauce is just 260kcal here0
-
Fish sandwich, medium fries and probably water to drink. But I haven't been there in a while.0
-
I haven't been to a McDonald's in over seven years! When I was a kid I would go there for the free ice cream. lol0
-
um... nothing0

We have a mom and pop hamburger shop that has been in business locally here for over 84 years now and is hands down the best place for a burger, fries, and malt. That being said if I do stop at McDonald's then Breakfast would be a couple bacon, egg, and cheese mcmuffins and a hash brown and Lunch or Supper would be a Classic Big Mac meal with a chocolate shake.... but like I said it is few and far in between cause I prefer the local joint...0

I really do not go there. Not because I think fast food is "evil" (love burgers at Steak N' Shake or Culver's occasionally, and sometimes DQ mini Blizzard or nuggets at Chick-Fil-A)...but McDonald's just isn't my favorite. In fact I do not like the taste of their food very much.
The last 4-5 times I have gone to McDonald's (the past 2 years roughly) I have always had a dipped cone. Those are delish IMO.
I do like their sausage breakfast burritos but I have found that one is not enough food for me and two is too much (or at least too much sodium, ugh). My husband doesn't like it so we never go there on trips, and trips are the usual times I get breakfast out.
I feel the same as you do. I regularly buy my coffee there, because at least here in Mexico City the coffee is the way a like it; hot and on the strong side and very affordable. I personally boycott Starbucks because of their poor quality and high prices ( same as in the US even though the averagge professional Mexican earns 20% of what someone for a similar job would earn in the US ) so I am happy the McD's coffee is good.
I have not tried their food in almost 20 years with the exception of the fries, but I always thought that it was in general too sweet for me and the soft hamburger bun makes me gag. However McD's is not the exception.....I feel the same about all the other fast food chains. And since they have only burgers and ice cream here none of them are an option. Also, a normal burger costs just under 5 dollars which is 8 hours of minimum wage here. For that money I can get a three course ( soup, salad or pasta and main course ) meal almost anywhere else.
ETA: For truth's sake I should add that in the last ten years or so I tried their cheese pie with coffee and liked it.....but not enough to walk 40 minutes to the next McD's. I also tried their hashbrowns and they were good, but can be bought frozen in most supermarkets....but now I avoid them , because they are pre-fried and have too much cheap fat....but that is not McD's fault.0 -
My friend was super pumped they brought the double fish sandwich back. She's eating it now, & oddly the whole room smells like hotdogs. Could be just a coincidence.0
