Hour of power exercise class

Has anyone done this class? I absolutely love it but I'm not sure how to log it. Can anyone help?

    What is it? More cardio based or strength based?

    logging exercise as 1 calorie helps.

    Unless you're hooked up to a machine its nearly impossible to "count" calories burned.

    fudge it and say this:

    If more cardio based, 100cals per 10mins.
    If more strength based, 100cals per 30mins.
    If a little of both, 100cals every 20 mins,

    I wear a heart rate monitor, I typically burn between 300-400 calories per hour if it's the Power class through Body Training Systems.
