I am new to MFP. I need help getting started. If there is anyone out there willing to help me get started on my journey to losing 20lbs I would greatly appreciate it. :bigsmile:

  • Hey! I am new too! Have you logged all your food today? I logged mine for day 2 but I am over in sugar and under in other areas, gotta keep working at it, I guess.

    What are you eating each day that is putting you over your sugar? If it's fruits and vegetables, I wouldn't worry too much about it! That happens to me every day as well, and I'm eating natural sugars, so I started focusing more on my sodium intake. I switched it in my settings.
