Can anyone share pics of a 25-30 lb weight loss?

I have 25-30 lbs to lose. My weight has fluctuated over the last 10-15 years due to having four kids, etc. At times I feel like I am still my thinner self but at times I feel huge. I need to see some pics of people who have lost 25-30 lbs to get an idea of the difference that amount of weight can make. Hope that makes sense! So, if you have lost 30 lbs or less, I would love to see pics! Thanks!

I'm also looking to lose about 30 pounds. I'm halfway there but getting discouraged because like you I feel like I have no clue as to what size I am. Hopefully this will help me too..0

I think it depends a lot on your height how a <= 30 lbs loss will look.
I'm 5'4" and lost about 25 pounds.

It seems like women show the biggest difference when it comes to losing weight. I've lost 22 so far and i think the only signs of it is my face lost some weight and i had to actually cut a new hole in my belt to tighten it.0

Thanks for sharing! You all look great!
I am barely 5' tall so any weight gain shows quickly on me.0 -

I'm 5'8. Most of my weight I carried on my torso.. so when I lost it, that's where it went from first! Thanks lady.1

Looks like you lost massive inches! You look incredible!0 -
I'm 5'4" First one was about 25-30lbs loss and then the second one is another couple of pounds lost but I gained muscle and lost fat so my weight doesn't really give the picture of the body recomp that occurred. Weight on the scale doesn't mean much to me.

See my profile picture.
Also, I'm 5'9'', so there would be a bigger difference for you.0 -

This was when I was about 28-ish pounds in, 179 to 151. I know sitting down isn't the best example of body shape, but I avoided pictures at all costs so I don't have a good comparison!0 -
I am 5'10" and lost somewhere between 25 and 30 lbs. I started around 205 and got down to 175-180ish.
I have gone up and down 10 lbs since the weight loss (curse you, awesome cruise vacation food!!), but I am back to steady 180. GW is 165.
My laziness level is high now due to endless winter, but looking at success pictures always helps boot me back into gear! Best of luck to you!! Take pictures and measurements each month, it helps a lot to see the transformation and to watch the numbers decrease! You can do it!
