New member needs help

Hi everyone I'm Nikki....been using my fitness pal for 3 months, lost 8 lbs.....app always says I don't eat enough.....I work out everyday too.....what am I doing wrong

    Eat more! You need enough calories to sustain yourself, otherwise, your metabolism will slow, resulting in a slow or non-existent weight loss.
  • It does the same thing to me. lol. I have only been doing this for a couple of weeks though! I eat 6 times a day (3-100 calorie snacks) and don't want to add to those and take away from my supper with the family... I guess as long as I keep losing I will continue down this path!!! Good luck!!

    Same with me!! I've been stuck on 7 lbs for two months and just lost 1 more this morning. Very Frustrating!!!
