Pilates

Anybody get good results doing pilates that target the abs?
I'm hoping to get toned. I was just wondering if this is effective.

    All Pilates involves strengthening the core. I have been doing reformer Pilates for several years and have developed a very strong core. Hands down the best ab exercises I know of. It is different because it targets all ab muscles not just the six pack

    I do Pilates two to three times a week. I lifted weights for the 20ish years prior to that.
    I find Pilates to be a great core workout, and great for my quads, hams, biceps and triceps.
