my meal plan

So I'm doing the iifym thing and these are my macros.

Carbs 158
Protein 88.8
Fat 31.1
Fiber 24-30
Calries 1267

I made a meal plan on myfitnesspal and my left over results are;

Carbs 4
Protein 14
Fat -8
Fiber 0
Calories 75

Its really hard for me to get all my protein in. I mostly eat veggies and fruits. I use protein powder but seriously that stuff is gross and expensive so I got what I got. I don't think I can force my self to drink more than one protein shake a day.

My goal is to loose weight though. Will being off on my macros like this effect my results much?

    Try Isoflex whey protein isolate. I was using a vegan protein powder before because I'm lactose intolerant (which tasted beyond awful, by the way) until my boyfriend got this giant (I mean, enormous) bottle of chocolate Isoflex so I figured, what the heck, I'll try the stuff, he won't miss one scoop, and let me tell you, the stuff is delicious. I just had a shake now, 2 scoops with 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk and a couple of cubes of ice... it was great, like chocolate milk, and gave me a whopping 54 grams of protein in a 230 calorie serving (115 per scoop, 270 cal total with the almond milk). Now he pretty much has to split the tub with me because I'm not going back to that vegan mix (that won't blend with water or almond milk, not even in the blender), and bonus, I've been using it for 3 days now and it doesn't seem to be affecting my lactose intolerance.

    Also, if you don't eat meat and aren't vegan, Greek yogurt and cottage cheese are high in protein and are easy to snack on with some berries.

    I think I know what protein you're taking about! I've had it before, but I didn't like it with plian almond milk. I ended up using chocolate almond milk and it was freaking delicious but too high in carbs. I couldn't really think of what else to mix with chocolate whey protein, so now I have vanilla and its gross but its more flexible. I mix it in blueberry greek yogurt and that masks the taste pretty well. But I tweaked my meal plan a little bit (added more protein powder eww, oh well) and got closer to my macros so I'm excited to start this! I just hate protein powder so much, I wish there was a better tasting way. Oh well, whatever works I guess.
