I use "Fit Bit". It tracks steps taken, miles walked, and estimated calories burned. The online site is nice as it breaks down my activity levels evey 15-30 minutes so I can see where I am most and least active. It tracks sleep as well.

Don't get a jaw bone - if you look at the reviews on line you will discover that they break all the time. They are better in a sense than the nike fuel band as you can do more with them but I am currently wearing my jawbone UP band and its all good except that it is my fourth replacement. If I could go back in time I would spend that money on a fitbit (but then again I got my jawbone half price)

Love my fitbit Force. I enjoy that it tracks my sleep - as a graveyarder it is a great added bit of intel. The Fuel band does not track sleep, it also does not show normal numbers - calories, steps ect.. it shows Nike propriatary "points" that are converted on their sliding scale. I also enjoy the Fitbit intigrates with MyFitnessPal - if you so choose, and helps me correlate my exercise and calories earned/burned.

I just started looking into the Fuel Band as well, and I actually did jsut read that the Fuel Band SE does track sleep. The big difference between this and the Jawbone Up is that the Nike band makes fitness and activities more of a game for people that are competitive and you earn fuel points during the day so you can challenge yourself to set the bar higher for tomorrow.

here's a pretty good review between the Nike Fuel Band SE and the Jawbone Up24: http://www.theverge.com/2014/2/14/5408910/jawbone-up24-nike-fuelband-se-review

I suppose it just depends on what you ar elooking for in a fitness tracking device. They all offer something slightly different.

Fitbit hands down for all the reasons that Trukngrl mentioned above. Not to mention the cost. I use a Fitbit Flex and love it.

Buying into Nike Fuelband to me is like buying an iPod. Too much proprietary crap to deal with.
