    So, I'm well on my way to a goal of 150. I'm 5'10" and had let myself go to 268 lbs. I had had 2 children and just considered the weight gain "baby weight" and did nothing about. A friend at work told me about MFP in June and I've been on it ever since. My goal is 150. I just finished Couch to 5k, which I'm especially proud of because when I started I could barely do the 60 seconds of running. I started as a (US) size 22W and am now a 14. I've decided to post this today because the last 3 weeks have been a bit weak for me and I've gone off track a bit. I haven't gained, but I haven't lost either. It's not a plateau, it's just me not staying within my calories and not working out enough! So I've decided to post my first progress post to remind myself why I'm doing this!!

    Your before pic looks just like me now! What an inspiration to be able to look like your after pic, too! Keep it up, you're strong and beautiful, and you can do it! And thanks to your post, I'm encouraged to know I can do it, too!
