    Hey there, I'm from Saskatchewan and have been on MFP for almost 2yrs now. Originally my goal was to lose 10lbs in 4 months (succeeded with loss of 12!) lots of runnng and biking inlcuded. Coming back on, recently had tailbone injury and need to maintain due to lack of exercise now :(. Anyhoo, feel free to add me
