Been doing Keto for about 3 weeks and lost 14 lbs! Actually like to weigh-in on Fridays. ( wow has that changed from the past)! Please feel free to friend me with a brief message.

    There's a few of us, but we tend to hide because there are lots of people on here who LOVE to criticize and ridicule us for eating differently.
