52...feeling and looking good! Started exercising last July, and really got serious about my eating habits recently. Starting weight was 255, now down to 217, including the 11 pounds I've lost since joining MFP just a couple weeks ago. Aiming for 175, which was my "fighting weight" when I was a *serious* martial artist over 20 years ago!0
