Ok all you hot chicks and studs over 40...it's time to represent!! Let's show all these young people that we still got it going on! I have 3 kids and I am 43. Need to shed about 30 lbs but still feel sexy as ever and think I look pretty damn good for my age!

52...feeling and looking good! Started exercising last July, and really got serious about my eating habits recently. Starting weight was 255, now down to 217, including the 11 pounds I've lost since joining MFP just a couple weeks ago. Aiming for 175, which was my "fighting weight" when I was a *serious* martial artist over 20 years ago!
