How do you post photos???

So I have been looking at every ones before and after photos and would like to share mine.....so how do you post thoes photos here? Thanks

if you have a photobucket account, it will help you out a lot. thats the only way i know how to do it. if you do have an account, you will be able to copy image codes from the website and paste them onto here and they will come out as images. i actually just learned today. lol
