It's like you have been poking around in my head & wrote down what I've been thinking! I've tried several different eating plans, eating "clean", to eating "dirty", once a day, to eating 6 times. This time it seems to have worked for me, and it's the basic idea of...surprise, surpise, eat less, move more! When people ask "what diet are you on?", I always say, I'm not. i still eat whatever I want, just in moderation.

And you, my friend, are proof positive that it really is that simple! Applause, Applause!!

    Great post!

It seems so funny and stupid now, when I think about the times where I HAD to catch the magical, post work out, anabolic window for protein :D Setting alarms for every 3 hours, so I can boost my metabolism. I'm happy that I know better now, and I enjoy food and life in general more :) I'm not where I want to be yet, but I'm definitely getting there :)

Thank you for sharing this! It's great to see stories of other's successes (and failures) because it's a way for me to learn more.

This is just the kick-start advice I needed. My weight has been up and down for years, and I'm confused with all the 'expert advice' out there. Plain and simple - eat less, move more, stay motivated. It's going to be a long haul with a few trip ups along the way, but it has to be done!!
