Hi all! I'm Tina. I just joined 3 days ago and am loving this site so far!
In about a years time, I gained 35ish lbs. My goal is to lose 25 lbs. I am here for support and encouragement! I'm one of those people who starts to diet and exercise and within a few days to a week, I quit. I have to get serious this time though. I'm tired of spending forever getting dressed so that I can find the best outfit to hide my fat rolls.

TINA!!! I know you can do this! and I'll be cheering you on for sure! I mean I can be in almost constant communication with you , so if you ever feel you need an extra boost of encouragement just text me .

You can do this! I have never stuck with anything this long either. I get it! Put yourself in touch with others so that you are accountable to more than just yourself. The food log is the key. When you have to record it, you think before you eat. I feel better than I have ever felt in my life. Keep it up, use the site when you have questions or need encouragement, and you WILL succeed.0
