    I just talked to my doctor about this. I proudly told him I go once a day like clockwork. He said he was not impressed and that 3-4 times/day would be better. As long as it is "regular" and not diarrhea or really hard. Hope that isn't too graphic, but as we all know... everybody poops!

    I wouldn't be too concerned, I regularly go between 3 - 4 times a day, went to the doctors about it as I was concerned and after checking me out and taking a sample all he said was that I had a healthy digestive system. Just obviously watch out that it isn't too runny and that there is no blood in it etc.

    They say if your insides are working well and you're eating well you should poop 1-2 hours after every meal... so if your poop is completely normal, no pain and you're doing all the right things then you have it nailed my friend! xxx

    it's only awkward if you make it awkward
    and this relates to fitness because fitness is physical
    and before, I've only gone maybe once or twice a day, although my fiber intake recently has gone up to an average of 30g so perhaps that's why
