Hello! here is the recipe for Black Bean Brownies...or BBB!

You will need:
Box of Brownie Mix
Pan
Oven
1 can of black beans (12 oz)
Water
Blender

1. Open can of black beans, dump into strainer and rinse. Put beans back into can and cover with enough water to cover the beans.

2. Put beans and water into blender and puree well.

3. Combine with brownie mix!

4. Back according to box directions! No need for eggs or oil!

High in fiber and protein...lower fat!

if you do weight watchers...only 2 points!

    i honestly couldnt tell a difference other than a little texture difference. i had them at a party and at 3 or em lol....and the host didnt tell us what they were until AFTER the party!

    I have to agree. Do they taste like regular brownies? The beans and brownie just don't seem like they should go well together.

    20 calories per serving? that can't be right.. the brownie mix alone has more than that in it, wouldn't it?

    what are the black beans replacing that someone would normally use? maybe that's the way i need to think of it.. :-)

    they taste real good....you cant tell the difference....a friend made them and i was skeptical....but they aren't bad at all.

    Yeah, I just figured out that they have about 125-175 calories per brownie. I am not sure if that is worth it, even if they do taste good.

    There is still a lot of sugar in the brownie mix.
