I have to agree. Do they taste like regular brownies? The beans and brownie just don't seem like they should go well together.0 -
20 calories per serving? that can't be right.. the brownie mix alone has more than that in it, wouldn't it?
what are the black beans replacing that someone would normally use? maybe that's the way i need to think of it.. :-)0 -
the beans are replacing egg and oil0

Individuals "bump" something they want to keep......because you have to post something on a thread in order to keep it in your que. Additionally, some people will "bump" a topic to keep it showing up under recent posts.
So "bump".......cos I sooooooooo wanna save this recipe! YUM~0 -

Yeah, I just figured out that they have about 125-175 calories per brownie. I am not sure if that is worth it, even if they do taste good.
There is still a lot of sugar in the brownie mix.0 -
these sound interesting. I'm going to have to try this out on my family and see if anyone can tell the difference!
THANKS for posting!!0 -
Approximate Calories, Fat, and Price Per Serving

and even if these arent for you, or you find the calories too high...think of this....your friends, family, kids, husband etc that dont eat healthy...now can get a tad bit healthier in a treat! and it is a lot less calories when you dont use egg or oil! The holidays are coming up and everyone deserves a treat!0 -
