thank you wendy! i lost 183 pounds (318.5 down to 135.5). i lost 21" in my chest, 32" in my waist and 24" in my hips to make a cool 34-26-35 and a total loss of 77"! stretched out, that's taller than my DAD
it took me 662 days, but i am still on plan, just with bigger portions and more frequent badness.
i signed up for a houston program called quick weight loss. it is healthy eating and all natural supplements and snacks. they provide a list of foods that i cook my own food from. the best part was, it was just that. healthy eating. not a diet. and the food i make is mega delicious, so staying on plan is easy peasy.
my favorite part of the success is how everything changed on my insides. my guts feel great and my attitude is like...i dunno. do you remember those noise-activated dancing flowers? it's kinda like that 12 -
Sory I've been having trouble uploading. But I've lost 50lbs in 10 months, and I have about 5lbs to go, so I'm really close to my goal weight. The first pic I'm 209lbs in the socond one I'm 187lbs, third 174lbs and the last I'm 160lbs. (+I'm 5'10" tall)
