12 week goal + looking for support!

Hey! This is my third MFP account now but I am determined to stick with it this time! I have a family wedding in exactly 12 weeks from tomorrow and so I feel like I have no time to waste now. My goal is to lose at least 20lbs in this time, I know some may say this is quite high but with sticking to the 1200 calorie limit and integrating exercise into my plan I feel that I have this weight to lose. I plan on starting to walk at least 30 minutes a day, building up to 60 minutes per day.

Anyway, my main weakness is losing interest and getting distracted. So please feel free to add me, especially if our goals are similar and we can all support each other! :)

    Yeah, that's quite a high goal. But I believe that you can do it!
    Just remember to maintain it afterwards. Losing fat is a continuous process, if you slack off you might get all the lost fat again. :-)
