    Due to some issues with my hip popping out and not wanting to go back into place, I've not been able to do anything for almost a week now. I can tell I've not done anything because I feel sluggish, so hopefully in the next day or two I will be able to get back on track.

    March 5- 2.5 elliptical & 1.1 treadmill = 3.6 miles
    March 6 - 1.25 elliptical & 1 treadmill = 2.25 miles
    March 8- 2.25 elliptical, 1.25 treadmill, 2 bike = 5.5 miles
    March 11- 1.5 treadmill = 1.5 miles
