Hello - I've just joined and want to lose two stone - maybe more. Ultimate goal is size ten jeans (UK) and to do the Torres del Paine circuit trek ( bank balance permitting) next year.
I've just turned 40, and am probably the least fit I've ever been - operation last year and went back to a huge workload followed by badly spraining ankle in January. So now, have been very sedentary for almost 9 months and feeling very ugh. And as my username suggests, I really like reading.
However, have signed up for a 10k in May, an "undulating" half marathon in September and a hiking holiday early October. Am using the Nike training plans for beginners for running and will plan a yoga session for posture/ stretchy and some circuits in the gym.
