If you, you have a lot of other issues going on. you really need to up those calories. Do you have fur growing on your arms too?

Here, you need to go see a Dr.

I am a 5'5" and my healthy weight is around 125-130 lbs.
Eat more. Focus on muscle gain. I can recommend weight lifting! You might gain weight on the scale, but you're the only one who sees this. Your body will get more definition and leaner.

Besides this, if you are struggling with this issue, please consider talking to a doctor or some other professional.

Try going to see a nutritionist. If you weigh 123 at 5'6 you are in a healthy weight range. If you are not happy with parts of your body work on toning and strength training and don't pay as much attention to the scale. Being healthy is more important than being thin. When you weight train you will need to eat more to fuel your body.

Have you talked to your Dr. about the symptoms you have been having?

This is the fifth thread you've created in the past week with essentially the same information. Is this the time you finally take the time to read and accept the answers you get or should we expect another thread later today or tomorrow?

"I have lost my period and always feel cold and depressed."

When you stop having periods, your body is telling you something is very wrong. See a physician.

ETA unless you are pregnant or menopausal, of course.

And for the love of god, each a vegetable.

This. Why do you keep posting the same thing over and over? You won't get any different replies.

Everyone is giving you great advice. You need to eat a clean diet. If you put crap in your body you won't achieve what you want. Not all calories are created equal. Lean proteins, healthy fats, no processed foods, lots of raw veggies and half your body in ounces of water everyday. If you keep your calories too low, for too long, you will damage your organs. Up your calories to a healthy amount and start a weight training and/or a cross-fit program and you will reach your goals. Don't freak out that you may gain a couple of pounds when you first up your calories, you body is going to store what you eat as fat, just as a survival precaution. Once your body, get's use to the new calories and workouts, you will start to see it come back off. Just remember muscle weighs more than fat so you may need to go with a body fat scale.

You shouldn't lose any more weight. The fact your period stopped means you starved yourself and your body is shutting down. You will suffer from serious health issues if you don't gain weight.

Healthy is not a number on a scale. Please stop destroying your body.

How the hell do you plan on going to a "healthy 115" (an unrealistic goal) from an UNHEALTHY 123.5?

Your "dream body" is apparently emaciated and permanently damaged ... an achievable goal if you don't mind destroying muscle, vital organs, and bone. You're well on your way to that permanent damage. Get help before it is too late.
