8 Wk Fitness Blender+C25k+ Healthy Meal Challenge

This is a new group and especially created for those of us who don't like to exercise and/or are outta shape and find it hard to keep up y/our stamina and endurance...in other words for those of us who maybe lazy, sedentary and "stuck" in inactivity mode and thus are just not dropping the pound and ounces and inches we should be.
If you are like me, and eat pretty/fairly healthy and well but the scale isn't moving and the inches are increasing instead of decreasing and/or staying where they're at--JOIN 8 WEEK THIS CHALLENGE!
If you are perhaps doing pretty good/fairly well in the exercising department, but are lacking in the healthy and portion control/balanced eating... for the next 8 weeks, you'll be required to replace/make one of your meals a fresh veggie juice or a veggie meal, or a soup or salad meal substitute for one of you 3-to-5 daily meals. If you are doing okay in the exercise department and in the eating department but aren't doing so well in getting enough/proper amount of sleep and thus it's effecting/affecting your weight loss or lack thereof... JOIN THIS 8 WEEK CHALLENGE!
We'll be doing Fitness Blender 8 week challenge PLUS adding C25K (Couch to 5K) PLUS incorporating weight lifting using our homegym/multi-gym home equipment and/or dumbbells and weights we have at home using a personal trainer's videos to help us.
Lastly, if you are not merely "wanting, needing or willing" to transform/change your body and lifestyle...but you are really and truly READY to change/transform your body and lifestyle (with/by developing new and improved balanced daily eating, drinking, exercising and sleeping habits)....JOIN THIS 8 WEEK CHALLENGE.
I'm going to start the challenge today, but it will officially begin on Monday, March 10th thru May 10th, just in time for spring and summer! The group will be opened to new members for a bit longer and then I will close the group and make it private. I KNOW, beyond a shadow of a doubt, that this next 8 weeks is going to help us look slimmer and trimmer and helps us in more ways than we can even imagine. Plus, it's accountability to each other and it'll be FUN!
