Protein Intake

Ideally how many grams of protein should I be consuming per day? I am currently 181 lbs 5’8” with a goal weight of 160-165 lbs. Weight training 30m x 5-6 days a week and 30-45m cardio at 75-85% MHR 4 days a week.

If age is a factor, I am 25

Any tips would be greatly appreciated!

    It's based on your lean body mass, about 1 gram per 1 lbs of LBM (+/- 20%.) I would estimate anywhere from 125-160 grams would be fine.
