I decided during spring break to try another fast and no i don't need a "don't do this" speech, i'm thinking about doing this for about 4 days or longer until my body tells me to stop. Is anybody else trying something like this?

No speeches, but an honest question: How will you know when your body tells you to stop?0

lol good question i've been doing research and alot of people say after day 5 your body enters ketosis and starts using up your own body fat (which i have enough to spare), but i've been thinking about either trying this or trying this eat once a day diet since honestly i don't eat much to begin with.0

Why are you doing it anyway? You dont mention anything about a structured eating plan or a healthy controlled intake? I can't imagine why anyone would want to go hungry. Its not needed if you are trying to lose weight or eat healthy.0
