2. I only go out for dinner once per week

I'm most successful when:
I do 4-5 days a week of INTENTIONAL workouts.
I make my goal of 8 or MORE glasses of water a day.
I plan ahead (I enter in all my calories for the day except for dinner...on a workout day that will depend on how many calories I earned by exercising).
I negotiate...for example...out to dinner with friends.... appetizer OR dessert...not BOTH!
I eat breakfast...oatmeal is my go to morning meal.0 -

1 I do cardio in the morning
2 I drink loads of water
3 I eat regularly and record everything0 -
When I keep my mouth closed and don't eat, lol
And if it tastes good, then spit it out, it can't be good for the waist line....0 -
