5:2 anyone?

Hi I just wondered if anyone on this forum was doing the 5:2 diet and recording their calories on here and if so what success have you had with it?

I started it this week and so far it's going well, my fast days are actually easier than non-fast days! I'm doing 4:3 this week in the hope I kick start my weight loss as I don't want to lose much weight (only around 8 or 9 lbs by the time I go on holiday in June. The health benefits of this diet are supposed to be great too - lower cholesterol and blood pressure, less viceral fat and a whole host of other things.
