I live in Kentucky. I have a husband and 2 children - a son who is 15 and a daughter who is 12. My weight has been yo-yoing between 20 pounds over the last couple years. I'll lose it and the gain it back.

I'd like to take a better approach to losing the weight this time. I know I need to track what I eat or I get out of control. It is also really rewarding to see how many calories you gain back by exercising.

I"m looking forward to learning from everybody!

    Lydia,

Go to the my home tab, look for settings on the far right side. There is an option in settings to switch to metric.
