:happy: I was in beast mode and did double workout and double walking!
First walk was indoors for 4 miles.
Then late morning went to the trail and did 3 miles! If I didn't have an assignment, would had walked five!
Now with the weather trying to act right, trying to focus more on outdoor walking which I prefer!

Yesterday 3-8-14 walked doggie am 40 mins 2.5 miles and pm 60 minutes 3 miles for total miles of 5.5
Today hiked at Percy Warner Park - Mossy Ridge Trail for 1 hour 45 mins 4.5 miles
Next week starts spring break so I need to jump on a bike at Y to log some serious miles!
